Steel grades used to manufacture important engineering structures and machine parts are called alloy structural steels.It has high strength and toughness, good hardenability, no obvious temper brittleness, high fatigue limit and multiple impact resistance after quenching and tempering, and good low-temperature impact toughness. Alloy structural steel is mainly used to manufacture bridges, ships, vehicles, boilers, high-pressure vessels, oil and gas pipelines, large steel structures, etc. According to industry experience, the following are our recommended materials:
1.) Used to manufacture automobile pipes with steam turbine temperature of 540℃, steering guide ring, automobile turbine partition, recommended material 12CrMoV;
2.) It is used to manufacture various carburized or nitrided parts with small cross-section (<30mm), simple shape, high speed, small load, wear-resistant surface, and high core strength. It is also used to manufacture low-speed and medium-loaded parts. Components. Recommended material 20Cr;
3.) Suitable for manufacturing large and medium-sized plastic molds requiring certain strength and toughness. Recommended material 42CrMo;
4.) It has high thermal strength (δb≥440MPa) and oxidation resistance, and has a certain resistance to hydrogen corrosion. It is used in petrochemical industries. Recommended material 15CrMo;
5.) Fluid transportation; used for general structure and mechanical structure; 3 precision inner diameters for hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders; used for making hydraulic equipment used in coal mines, hydraulic cylinders and plungers for truck cranes, etc.; 12Cr1MoV is recommended.
